When Creative Workshop packed up and moved from Florida to Atlanta in the summer of 2024, it was a leap toward growth and creative alignment.

After years of building our foundation across Florida conventions like Holiday Matsuri, CEO Daytona, and the Tampa Never Sleeps series, we were ready branch out beyond our current market.  Heading up north to the next creative metropolitan hub, Atlanta was our next aspiration. With an extremely creative heatbeat, Atlanta is full of makers, cosplayers, artists, and dreamers, and gorgeous people of color.

We had the honor of activating at two Momocons (MomoCon 2022 and MomoCon 2023), testing new booth setups, and refining our on-site print shop system within Atlanta far before the decision to move. Those early experiences were a foreshadowing; we were gaining reach and fans in the ATL area before we knew it.

Florida was where we learned the craft. Atlanta was where we started building skyward.

A Fresh Chapter in Atlanta

Within months of the move, Creative Workshop Atlanta formed connections with Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA), Furry Weekend Atlanta (FWA), Charlie’s Collectibles Show, and The Atlanta Cosplay Yard Sale.

Each event helped us connect deeper with Atlanta’s community and sharpen what we do best: live event merchandise that makes an event feel dreamy.

Why Atlanta Works for Us

Atlanta just fits. The creative culture here doesn’t sleep.  Originality, collaboration, and hustle is celebrated and you can feel it in every convention, art show, and street fair.

This city has given us more than new clients. It gave us a new sense of rhythm.

But We Won’t Stop Here…

Now that we’ve found our groove in Atlanta, we’re looking outward. Creative Workshop has begun expanding to events across the country, strengthening our partnerships with organizers everywhere.
